This notice explains what happens to your email address when you join the KÔRE DRIVE founding list. We keep data collection to the minimum, and you stay in control of it.

Who we are

KÔRE DRIVE (korecreatine.com) is a brand of GOYD SA, chemin de Chamblandes 37, 1009 Pully, Switzerland — the data controller for the information described here. Questions or requests: [email protected].

What we collect, and why

• Your email address (and your name, only if you give it), when you submit a signup form.
• We use it to add you to the founding waitlist and to email you about the launch and related product updates — nothing else.

Legal basis

We process your email on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see your rights below) — that won't affect anything done before you withdrew it.

Who handles it

Your data is stored in a database hosted in the European Union and is added to our email tool, Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), which sends our emails on our behalf as a processor. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the founding programme is wound down — whichever comes first.

Your rights

• Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email we send.
• Ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or to withdraw consent.
• Under EU GDPR and Swiss FADP you may also object to or restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.

We use only minimal cookies to measure traffic and improve the site. You can decline non-essential cookies via the banner on the site.
